We believe revenue teams deserve better data

Founded in 2019 in San Francisco, HexaLevers builds revenue intelligence software used by over 400 companies worldwide.

Our story

HexaLevers was founded in 2019 by three former revenue leaders who were tired of building board decks from conflicting spreadsheets. Co-founders Maya Chen (CEO), Raj Patel (CTO), and Luis Vega (CPO) met while running sales and operations at a mid-stage SaaS company and realized that every revenue team they knew suffered from the same problem: fragmented pipeline data and unreliable forecasts.

The company started with a simple thesis — if you connect every revenue signal into one system and apply rigorous modeling, you can give leaders the forecast accuracy they need without the manual overhead they hate.

Since launch, HexaLevers has grown to approximately 200 employees across offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. The company has raised $87M in venture funding from investors including Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners.

"We started HexaLevers because we lived the pain ourselves. Every Sunday night spent re-checking pipeline numbers, every board meeting where the forecast was wrong — we built the tool we wished we had." — Maya Chen, CEO and Co-founder

What drives us

Our mission is to make revenue data trustworthy. That means:

  • Accuracy over volume: We would rather surface ten signals that matter than a hundred that create noise
  • Automation over busywork: If a human is manually entering data that a system could capture, something is broken
  • Transparency over black boxes: Every forecast and health score in HexaLevers can be traced back to the underlying signals that generated it
  • Speed over perfection: Revenue teams operate on weekly and quarterly cycles — insights that arrive late are worthless

HexaLevers by the numbers

  • 400+ customers across 14 countries
  • $18B+ in pipeline managed on the platform
  • 94% average forecast accuracy for customers in their second quarter
  • 4.7/5 average rating on G2 (320+ reviews)
  • ~200 employees, with 60% in engineering and product roles

We are hiring across engineering, data science, sales, and customer success. If building software that helps revenue teams operate on facts instead of guesses sounds interesting, we would like to hear from you.
